I went to PROMAT Engineering with my father for take your kid to work day and it was awesome. First we went to pick up a crate and some other things and brought it back to PROMAT. Then we set up a vacuum conveyor, and vibratory feeder. We added a hopper under the vacuum conveyor to feed the product back into the vacuum chamber, the product being canola seeds. After we tested the system we packed the system up and put it into the crate so they can take it to a trade show in Montreal to do the same demonstrations except with coffee beans. We packed some other things into the crate for the show coming up next week. In the afternoon my father showed me how to do 3D modeling on Inventor and then we started working on this very article.
